How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For orders placed after 1:00PM PST on Fridays, or placed on Saturday and Sunday, they will be processed at the beginning of the first business day the following week (excluding federal holidays).

Which countries does Walnut Wallpaper ship to?

We ship to the US and Canada, although we regret that we are currently not able to ship internationally. If you require items to be sent to different addresses, please complete one order for each individual address.

What are my shipping options?

Walnut Wallpaper selects only the best carriers to be part of its delivery network. This means that we select the best carrier and shipping method based on your order size, type of items, and destination. Please contact us for an upgraded shipping quote if needed.

How much does it cost to ship?

Can I ship to an address other than my billing or business address?

Yes. When shipping to an address that is not your billing/business address, please ensure to add the correct shipping address when placing your order at checkout. If you have added an incorrect shipping address, please send an email to info@walnutwallpaper.com with the following information:

Body: Please include a recap of what happened and what the correct shipping address is.

Our team will respond to your email once received and do their best to assist you in updating the shipping address.

Will all my items be shipped at the same time?

Walnut Wallpaper makes every effort to ship your order in one shipment; however, there are times that your order may be sent in multiple due to the types of items being included (i.e. samples). We try our best to find the appropriate balance between efficient shipping and convenient receiving. You may receive samples sooner, as we are able to ship these out much more quickly.

Can I pick up my order at the Walnut Wallpaper shop?

Most of our items do not ship from the shop, but some samples/items may be available for pickup in-store. Please email us at info@walnutwallpaper.com to inquire.
